Charles has sold PC/POLL software since 2000. While working with the Version 6 Inventory module, Charles saw a customer need. The software supported text file imports, but most customers did not have the know-how to program a scanner in the correct format to work with the software. Charles took it upon himself to develop a solution for his customers with the PERCON. Using this knowledge, he started his own service PLU Pro. Charles has an interface to our register line to allow users to add items, receive items and conduct a physical inventory all from their PERCON device. Then import that data into PC/POLL’s software to update inventory values or add new items to the register. PC/POLL and Charles partner to offer dealers a solution.
