We believe that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, we realize that items may arrive defective, damaged, or not as you had anticipated. Please inspect all merchandise within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged Merchandise

Tri-Technical Systems cannot be responsible for damaged items in shipping. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. If the merchandise was damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier immediately or contact Tri-Technical Systems. Defective Merchandise Product technical issues can be resolved quickly through the manufacturer’s technical support telephone number. If the manufacturer cannot solve the problem call Tri-Technical Systems Support for assistance and to received your (RMA). If the item is defective within (30) days of receiving the merchandise Tri-Technical System will replace the defective product. After thirty (30) days of receiving merchandise, replacement or repair of a defective product must be handled by the manufacturer under the guidelines of the product warranty.

General Returns

Tri-Technical Systems hopes that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you would like to return your merchandise you may return it within thirty (30) days of receiving the Merchandise. Please contact Tri-Technical Support Department to be issued an (RMA) for your return. Product returned must be accompanied with an RMA. The product must be returned in its original condition with all parts intact. Once the products are received by Tri-Technical Systems they will be inspected. In the event products are not returned with the original packaging a 15% restocking fee will apply. All returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking charge.

Instructions for Returns

  • Contract Tri-Technical Systems Support Department for an RMA.
  • Return instructions will be emailed to the address provided to support.
  • Package the products being returned in the original packaging and write the RMA number on the box.
