Returns and Exchanges

The following applies for returns or exchanges:


  • Returns must be requested within 10 days, and a credit on account will be issued.
  • Keep the product in its original condition including the box, packaging and all accessories. Avoid making any marks or writing on the box.
  • All returns must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please call 563-556-3556 and one of our representatives will provide this authorization number.
  • Write the RMA number on the shipping label, not on the box.
  • Some items are non-returnable, including software, opened supplies (i.e. labels, receipt paper and forms) and customized items including gift and loyalty cards, checks, forms.
  • If the product or the packaging is damaged, a restock fee may apply.
  • In some cases, certain manufacturers charge a restock or exchange fee.
