Reverse Phone Look-Up

The reverse phone lookup is integrated through 555-1212.com. Tri-Technical Systems Inc. has negotiated a bulk lookup rate with 555-1212.com. You will be billed monthly at 8 cents per address lookup. This charge will automatically be posted to your credit card or bank withdrawal that is setup for your active-e charges. The reverse lookup will work for US and Canada phone numbers.

In the Add/Change Customer screen click the “Phn” button. Enter the customers phone number. If a match(s) is found it will be displayed. Selecting the appropriate address match will automatically enter the name, address and phone number into the customer record.

Tip: Search for the customer in AIMsi by their phone number. If the customer is not in your database, click the “Add” button. When you click the “Phn” button the phone number will automatically be populated from the previous search.
