Polling Software Advancements and Corrections by Build Number

General Changes:

• Updates have been made to the calendar program to account for time discrepancies between the PC and the calendar’s calculated time.
• The preference to export data with the default field type set to Excel or to Text file has been updated to retain that setting correctly.
• Some minor changes have been made to various software screens for tab order and user-interface enhancements.
• A select all option button (*) was added to all maintain area grids. Clicking this button once will select all items, twice will deselect.
• There is now a mass update option to round to the nearest $1.00 or $0.10. The software will round up for values equal to or over $x.50 and $0.x5 and down in all other cases
• An option, Auto Focus on New PLU, was added to the software. If checked the cursor will jump to the PLU Code field within the detail area of the software, on creation of a new PLU.
• A duplicate key error, within the Adjust table, has been corrected in V7 Inventory.

Sam4s Changes:

• The default descriptions within the function key program will now display correctly for the sps2000 ROM 3.00G.
• Using the ctrl K keyboard command will add a check digit to an item number entered within the search box on the sps2000 register.
• The fill blanks option on the sps2000 no longer fills the number field when the Fill Blanks with Template option is chosen.
• The error on importing an sps2000 keyboard in Excel format has been corrected.
• A change was made to the sps2000 validate routine to not allow group number 0.
• The QuickBooks Interface will now correctly link to sps2000 ROM version 3.00g group table.
• On the Sam7040 ROM 1.62 there was an error sending the keyboard program. The software would prompt for the Smode program to be saved. That has been corrected.
• On the Sam7000 the Mask Number on All Credit Drafts has been added to the software.

CASIO Changes:

• Many changes have been made to the CASIO register programming. It is recommended that all CASIO users begin by 1st saving all programs from the cash register.
• General enhancements have been made to the CASIO reports to allow for better readability and to correct some incorrectly interpreted data.
• Polled register numbers are now being correctly displayed within CASIO report headers.
• On the CASIO 8500, exiting the I/O Parameters area of the software could cause the software to close. That has been corrected.
• A few minor changes to the CASIO 4500: CASIO Hourly Item Link was displaying a field not found error. PLU sale was missing a sale number on the Scan PLU Sale program. A field change was made on the Mix & Match table.
• The Set Menu maintain area on the 3000 was incorrectly cross-referencing the 4500 allocations table. That has been corrected.

TEC Changes:

• The 1595 PLU maintain area have been updated. In the past few releases changes have been made to incorporate options across all PLU screens. This incorporation has caused several conflicts with the 1595 PLU maintain area. We apologize for any inconvenience.
