Polling Software Advancements and Corrections by Build Number

General Changes:

A test email button was added to the Preferences area of the software. This button can be used to send a test email to select accounts to verify the entered configuration information. The interface for selecting database folders has been improved to use a standard Windows open dialog. Support for QuickBooks 2009 was added to the QuickBooks Interface. Within the QB Interface we now have an option to auto transfer All Reports, Individual Reports or Consolidated Reports for the TEC 1595.

Sam4s Changes:

Minor changes have been made to the 1000/7000/2000 time keeping reports to display hours worked totals. In order to add this functionality new fields were added to the database. Some older time keeping reports may display differently. In order to view the old data, users may need to make a setting change. Contact support for more information. The Sam4s 1000/7000/2000 software now no longer saves the Memory Allocations program when conducting a program send. The program save will be initiated, but not posted to the database. The sps2000 EJ program save errors have been corrected. In a previous build the saving of the EJ program would halt tcp/ip communications. We apologize for this inconvenience. The custom report Do Print option has been disabled on the sps2000. The Sam 7000/7040 1.74 ROM version was added to the software. The 7.5 ROM version was added for the 52xxM series. Minor edits were made for the 52xxM series programs: logo message program can now be saved & sent, errors on using expanded memory allocations have been corrected, block size mismatch errors were corrected, and the software will now correctly display negative numbers. The Sam 650 register is now in initial dealer release status.

Sharp Changes:

• The sending of the PLU file on the 8xx series via RS232 has been corrected.
• The sharp 3500 is now in initial dealer release status.
• The sharp 600/700 function key save/load option has been added to the software.

CASIO Changes:

• The CASIO line of registers were added to V8 AIMsi Inventory.
• On RS232 communications, for some systems, the software was reporting that saved programs were ‘failing’ when they were actually successful. This issue has been corrected.
• The display of the CASIO PLU reports has been altered to default to displaying level totals when the “Show Levels” preference is disabled.
• The CASIO 7000 now links correctly to the cashier table via the keyboard maintenance area.
• Preliminary program broadcast functionality has been added for the QT6000/6100 TCP/IP communications. More enhancements will be available in the next release.
• QT6000/6100 general keyboard interface improvements were made.
• Users can now enter in WAN IP addresses to the System Connection table for the QT registers. This will enable greater flexibility on TCP/IP communications.
• The QT6100 now supports basic IRC functions via TCP/IP.
• The QT6100 color program has been corrected.
• Enhancements were made to QT6100 for saving and sending of cashier program data.
