Polling Software Advancements and Corrections by Build Number

  V7 Build 030 (7.2.1.041) – July 1, 2009 - Full Release Version

General Changes:

• The software has been enhanced to fix a problem with the Verify routine running slow after a V8 AIMsi Inventory field was updated.
• The SPS2000 ROM 3.0g was added to V7 Inventory to allow for data to properly transfer between the two systems.

Sam4s Changes:

• Preliminarily programming has been added for the Sam4s 520/530 registers. These features will be demonstrated at RSPA. Please stop by booth #613.
• On the Sam4s 650 System Options area two fields were missing: Clerk # for Clerk Key and Allow Print Screen on @/For. They have been added to the software.
• A change was made to the Sam4s 2000 function key area to correct an error with the display of the Misc. Tend #2 function key values.
• The ability to strip price embedded barcodes has been added for the 1000/7000/7040.
• The check digit calculation on price embedded barcodes has been corrected for the 2000/1000/7000/7040.
• On the SPS2000 the software will now validate reports when a ROM version is changed.
• For the Sam4s 1000/7000/2000 the consolidated PLU by Group reports now shows group descriptors.
• On the Sam4s 52xxM machines a delay was added to the memory allocations save to fix Access Violation errors and Timeouts during long scripts.
• For the Sam4s 1000 programming fixed a block size mismatch error on the Check Track reports.
• On the Sam4s 7000 programming fixed an error when the "Fill blanks with register defaults" option was used on certain PLU files.
• A correction was made to the saving of the SPS2000 delivery table for created, but unused customers.
• The Sam4s 285 system options save and send errors have been corrected.
• The 52xxM keyboard area now includes a large view option for ease of programming. This view is not for printing.
• The 52xxM Logo Message area now have shortcut options to help users center logos and make double wide characters.
• Fractional quantities now work correctly on the SPS2000 recipe and ingredient areas.
• The ingredient report for the SPS2000 will now display correctly for over 20 items.
• Sending group numbers over 10 has now been corrected for the 52xxM PLU area.

Sharp Changes:

• A change was made to the Sharp 600/700 TCP/IP polling of the GLU and GLU Closed reports. They will now Z (clear) correctly and print at the register.
• A new option was added to the Preferences area of the software to let users consolidate GT values on the 600/700 transaction report. This option only applies to consolidated GT values.
• A navigator toolbar was added to the Sharp 4x0/5x0 direct keys maintenance area.
• The report printing options now work correctly on the Sharp 4x0 registers.
• The Sharp 700 ROM RAU3B was added to the software. It is still currently in testing.
• Sending of the 520/530 departments has now been corrected to function properly for non-default memory allocations.

CASIO Changes:

• Preliminarily programming has been added for the CASIO 6600 register. These features will be demonstrated at RSPA. Please stop by booth #613.
• A change was made to the sending of particular scan codes for the CASIO 7000/8500 ROM 1.3x.
• On the CASIO 6x00 Z Unlock all Registers is only functional over RS-232. It now informs the user of that if they attempt it over TCP/IP.
• On the CASIO 6100 programming corrected a Exception Converting Data error when sending Cashier Program.
• On the CASIO 6100 programming corrected a timeout on send of Check Popup Window Program.
• On the CASIO 6100 programming made a change to the Grand Total Char and Menu Title Programs to now send correctly.
• On the CASIO 6100 programming corrected the 'OE is not valid Integer' error on Check report and PLU by Class reports.
• Minor changes were made to the 3000/4500 programs such as Set Menu, Messages and Hourly Link.
• On the CASIO 3000/4500 programming corrected a "Template not found" error when consolidating Fixed Totalizer reports.
• On the CASIO 6x00 users can now poll satellite journal reports via TCP/IP communications.
• Also on CASIO 6x00 TCP/IP polling we also now display report Z counters.
• For the CASIO 6000 keyboard bitmaps now save, send and maintain correctly via TCP/IP.
• Corrections have been made to the 6x00 pulldown area to improve the user interface and add an export option.

TEC Changes:

• The ability to send the system options program on the 1595 has been added to the software.
