Polling Software Advancements and Corrections by Build Number

  V7 Build 215 (7.3.1.215) – March 3, 2011 - Full Release Version 

 

General Changes: 

  • All -> Made it so V7 release codes do not have to be updated if the user plugs in an external hard drive.
  • All -> Reports utilizing multiple tables can now be imported/exported via TRS files.
  • All V7 Programs -> Updated About screens contact info
  • All -> Set the display time for hints to 20 seconds.
  • CalendarPoll -> Modified the NextDayData routine to check the computer time and if 2 minutes less than 11:45 PM, reset the NextDayTimer to file at the correct time
  • CalendarPoll -> modified the routine to delete items in the Next Day list so that the logs do not display 'Error deleting Item 0'.
  • Email -> Test email button now works with Gmail.
  • Email -> When the "Use Default Email Client" option is selected, CCs and Multiple to addresses now work properly.
  • Export Template -> Added the table name to the template display grid.
  • Import/Export - > modified the input form to provide more functionality and usability.
  • Import/Export -> added a routine to deal with fields not found when importing by headers
  • Import/Export -> modified the interface to allow viewing of all templates and to provide an easier way to make changes.
  • Validate tables -> Fixed error with Machine Names on Program Table Validates
  • Price Checker -> fixed problem with the serial number not being displayed properly in the activation area
  • QB -> Added Option to use Any Area reports.
  • QB -> added QB 2011 to our selection list
  • QB -> Fixed an issue on map maintenance where table errors caused an infinite loop where the user could not exit the area.
  • QB -> Fixed error when creating Sharp 600/700/8x0 Transaction Maps
  • QB -> Fixed I/O error when opening preferences area if the AutoTransfer path wasn't valid.
  • QB -> The Sharp 800 customer export did not work. Fixed.
  • AIMsi Interface -> Added sending link PLU to AIMsi from polling and to polling from AIMsi.
  • AIMsi Interface -> Added sending mix & match to AIMsi from polling and to polling from AIMsi.
  • AIMsi Interface -> Added the ability to set the PLU status group from AIMsi.
  • AIMsi Interface -> Added the subcategory field to all PLU forms and created Category/Subcategory table to maintain category/subcategory relationships

 

CASIO Changes:

  • Casio -> Changed Allocation tables so that existing records were read only in the maintain area.
  • Casio 2200 -> Added PLU template program
  • Casio 6000 -> Redid keytable form to match the redone forms on the 6100 and 6600.
  • Casio 6600 -> Fixed an issue where the upper right most key could be made into a double horizontal key.
  • Casio 6600 -> On the shift PLU, the labels on the Zero Price and Negative booleans were switched. Fixed.
  • Casio 8500 1.4x -> modified the add scan code from the search text box to work like the add on the navigator bar. 

 

Sam4s Changes:

  • Sam4s 2000 -> Fixed issue sending certain table management files.
  • Sam 2000 -> Fixed issue sending the employee sign on general function option
  • Sam 2000/5x0 -> Added the option for users to import ftp/usb/sd report files into the AllPolls area.
  • Sam4s 1000/7000/2000 ->  The financial report was using the computer date for ECR date instead of the date sent by the register. Fixed.
  • Sam4s 5x0 -> Fixed error getting the ECR date on reports. The 2nd digit of the year was copying the 4th digit, which was not noticeable in 2010.
  • Sam4s 5x0 -> Fixed the table does not exist error that occurring doing some modifications to the real keyboard
  • Sam4s 5x0 -> The financial report was using the computer date for ECR date instead of the date sent by the register. Fixed.
  • Sam4s 5x0, 1000, 20000, 7000 Serial Port Options -> Added 115200 to the baud rate on the grid.
  • Sam4s 650 -> Fixed an issue with negative totals on PLU reports.
  • Sam4s 7x00 -> Fixed issue with copying keys on the keyboard.

 

Sharp Changes:

  • Sharp 530 -> Fixed Keyboard Print Size
  • Sharp 600/700 calendar polling -> fixed a problem with the progress form being released twice.  This prevented the program from z-ing out the register.
  • Sharp 600/700/8x0 -> Fixed a Duplicate key error when saving the Keyboard via RS232
  • Sharp 800 EJ Report -> fixed an a/v when exporting the report to a PDF file
  • Sharp Keyboards -> Fixed an occasional "Field Level not found" error.
  • Sharp520/530 -> Set up the grid column width for all fields so that the first time view of the grid would display all of the title.
  • Sharp600/700 -> Set up the grid column width for all fields so that the first time view of the grid would display all of the title.  

 

TEC Changes:

  • There were no TEC specific changes included in this release - the 'all' changes do apply to TEC registers.
