Polling Software Advancements and Corrections by Build Number

V7 Build 291 (7.3.1.291) – May 4, 2012 - Full Release Version 

 

General Changes: 

  • General recommendation:  After installing this updated it is recommended that users validate both report and program tables for their registers.  This is esp. important for systems using AIMsi inventory.  To validate, simply open the software & go to the tools menu.  Then select Validate Tables.   Select a machine & validate report & program tables being sure to delete index files as well.  Repeat for all machines.

  • Activation->added a date/time display to the activation screen.
  • Calendar Maintenance -> fixed a problem copying a script when using the keyboard to select a machine.
  • Import Report File -> fixed error importing reports for the Sam4s ROM version 3.00G 30 L 06016
  • Quickbooks -> Fixed errors transferring sam 900 group data.
  • Reports -> added the ability to merge reports in All Polls.
  • XLS -> Added PLU by day of month.
  • XLS -> Minor changes were made to the UI.

 

CASIO Changes:

  • Casio 2400 -> Added support. (New ROM on the 2200)
  • Casio 6100 -> Enabled sending the general program.
  • casio 6600 -> Arrangement Files are now handled as text strings
  • casio 6600 -> Fixed error on sending Scan Mix/Match
  • casio 6600 -> Fixed Typecast error sending/saving arrangement group over RS232
  • Casio 6600 -> When using TCP/IP communication, the Scan PLU report can now be polled with all IRC options.

 

Sam4s Changes:

  • Sam 2000/5x0 -> Fixed error on Level/Modifier options where the default screen could only be set to 0-99 instead of 0-200
  • Sam 5215 -> Fixed error where keyboard would not print.
  • Sam 52xx -> Fixed a BSMM on the group report if more then 50 groups were allocated on newer rom versions.
  • Sam 650 -> Fixed problem correctly displaying the tax fields on the clerk report.
  • Sam 900 -> Added rom 1.025
  • Sam200/Sam520->fixed problem preventing the import of PLU sales.
  • Sam2000 Financial Report -> fixed problem displaying lines on report based on the setting 'Print on Report'.
  • Sam4s 1000/7000/2000/5xx -> Added more error checking on TA programs, to prevent "Encoding Time" errors.
  • Sam4s 2000 -> fixed problem with the PLU Sale items only having 16 characters for the descriptor when the PLU descriptor has 20 characters.
  • Sam4s 520 -> fixed problem resetting the Electronic Journal.
  • Sam4s 5200 -> added 19200 to the Baud Rate selection list.
  • Sam4s 900 -> Added Mode Change support to the Macro program.
  • Sam4s 9xx/3xx -> Added all keyboard variations
  • Sam4s520->fixed problem with the EJ Z report where it would report 'Not Allocated.'
  • Sam4s900->fixed problem sending PLU table to the register where the group numbers about 9 were incorrect.
  • Sam4s900->fixed problem with the Macro program not responding when its table does not have data.
  • Sam520 PLU Sale -> fixed problem printing the PLU Sale Items.

 

Sharp Changes:

  • Sharp800->added ability to poll customer sales report by customer range.  

 

TEC Changes:

  • TEC 1595 -> Fixed problem timing out during communications when the register is not connected to the network.
  • TEC1595 State Machine -> fixed an A/V when running a PLU report that contained over 18000 items.
  • TEC1595->fixed infinite loop problem when polling floating cashiers.
