Polling Software Advancements and Corrections by Build Number

  V7 Build 054 (7.2.1.054) – August 13, 2009 - Full Release Version


General Changes:

  • Users can now run schedules in x minutes and with scheduled intervals via the Communications | Run Schedules area.
  • Users can now use a 1 line export option when exporting program and report data.
  • An error was corrected on the creation of a scan PLU within V7 Polling for V8 AIMsi inventory.
  • Set the ability to clear the 'Show PLUs not linked to AIMsi Inventory' filter within the PLU maintenance area.
  • When importing accounts from Quickbooks, we now allow duplicate account names, as long as they are different account types.
  • General improvements for system performance were made to the software within various register models.
  • Fixed 'PLUCode' not found error on all PLU Template programs. This error only appeared when inventory was activated.
  • Fixed problem in Preferences with Auto Create inventory items not retaining its selection correctly.
  • A check was added to the software for PLU descriptions that contain commas or that are blank. These types of items will not transfer to V8 AIMsi inventory.


Sam4s Changes:

  • A modification was made to the Sam4s register verify for the 5x0, 1000, 2000 & 7000 lines to check for duplicate price level numbers.
  • The EFT key was added to the sps1000 keyboard area.
  • General corrections to the 5x0 keyboard area.
  • Appearance and UI changes were made to the 1000/7000 WLU area.
  • General updates were made to the 285 UI screens.
  • Fix the Sam 520 Delivery PLU selection.
  • General cleanup on Sam 520 maintenance screens.
  • Added a Sam4s 2000 special rom version. 3.00g13l (Nano) to the software.
  • Added a Sam4s 5X0 rom version: 1.00c to the software.
  • Added support for Sam4s SPS 5X0 ROM version 1.00d to the software.
  • Modified the Import for the Sam4s SPS 2000 Keyboard to deal with changes Excel makes when edits are made to CSV files.
  • Made various minor changes to Sam4s 5X0 reports regarding IRCs and Do Prints.
  • On the Sam4s 5X0 and 2000 keyboards, fixed an error when attempting to edit Key Link names via the keyboard program area.
  • Add a description field to the Sam 650 PLU Lookup program.


Sharp Changes:

  • General updates to the Sharp 3500 maintenance screens.
  • Initial release of the Sharp 3500 keyboard maintenance area.
  • On the Sharp 8X0, fixed an error where saving very large program files would give a false "Failed" message and disrupt scripts.
  • Modified the Sharp410/420 Set PLU program so that the PLU description is displayed in the combo box instead of the label beside the combo box.


CASIO Changes:

  • External IP address satellite polling was added to the software for the QT line.
  • A Schedule Template was created for the CASIO 7000, 8500, 6000, 6100 and 6600.
  • A new browser option was added to the pop-up menus for the CASIO 8500, 6000, 6100 and 6600.
  • An error was corrected so that users can now scroll through the CASIO 4500 Hourly Item program without getting a Code field error.
  • The bottle link/set menu display on the CASIO 3000/4500 has been corrected.
  • The Casio 6600 Employee - fixed error 'Field Work1 not found' when adding allocated records.
  • General updates to the Casio 6600 maintenance screens.
  • Modified the maintenance screen for the Casio 6000/7000/8500 Mix and Match.
  • Modified the maintenance screen for the Casio 6100 and the 6600 Mix and Match.
  • Set up a list of browser files for the Casio 6000/6100/6600/7000/8500 PLU class.
  • Modified the browser for CASIO registers to retain its height and width from its previous size and width.
  • Fixed memory leaks in the Casio 6100 Pulldown Group.
  • Fixed memory leaks in the Casio 6600 PLU Sale.
  • Changed the maintenance screens for the Casio 6000, 6100, 6600, 7000, and 8500 to use the PLU SQL Browse list.
  • Modified the Casio 6000 TCP/IP state machine for reports so that a timeout before a response from the register will trigger a resend of the initial string.
  • Fixed 'Field not found' error when selecting a Sub Dept in Scan PLUs.
  • Add Browse list for Mix/Match in the Casio 6600 Scan PLU.
  • Set tab order for programs in the Casio 6600.
  • Implemented SQL browse list in the Casio 4500 programs.


TEC Changes:

  • The 1595 PLU sale by class report is now only allowed to be an X report.
  • Field errors were corrected within the TEC 1650 PLU Template area.
  • The polling software now offers support for the TEC 1595, FS1650 and MA1650 within one software module.
  • A PLU browser has been created for the CASIO 4500 Bottle Link program.
  • Modified the TEC 1595 Misc maintenance so that extra records are deleted.
  • On the TEC 1650, PLU reports on Standalone Machines not longer cause errors.
  • On the TEC 1650 the PLU range setting now resets to 0 to 0 when All is selected.
  • Fixed "Field ExtraBoolean not found" error when on TEC 1650 PLU file when filling blanks with register defaults.
  • Fixed several errors on TEC 1650 PLU reports that occurred when nonstandard options are used.
