Polling Software Advancements and Corrections by Build Number

  V7 Build 083 (7.3.1.083) – May 25, 2010 - Full Release Version 


General Changes: 

  • All -> Added a copy schedule button to the schedule area of Calendar maintenance
  • All -> Added a copy script button to the script area of Calendar maintenance
  • All -> Some general edits were made to the registers’ log off procedures.  In some polling setups back to back polls would not load correctly. 
  • Adv Consolidate -> Fixed a minor error where the software would not locate the correct data.  This error only occurred with certain preconditions.  
  • Imports -> Fixed an issue where the "Use .csv files" preference wasn't used for imports, only exports.
  • Imports -> Program imports now default to 'Append with Update'
  • All -> Fixed message that displayed the PLU code with a '.0' appended to an item number when doing a duplicate search.
  • Comm History -> Added MFG, Model and ROM version to the start of comm history logging
  • Imports -> Fixed problem with field ImportFile not found error when trying to auto import a maintenance file via the auto import external program
  • Imports -> Modified File imports so that errors on a Primary field still bring up the "Do you want to continue?" Dialog, rather then stopping the import entirely.
  • All -> Modified the script display in Calendar maintenance to show the area and type for reports, ex. PLU X1
  • All -> Modified the store maintenance area so that changing the store number will update the store number in machine
  • Security -> Resolved an issue where an Employee who somehow had a Blank EmpID could never be deleted, nor could the EmpID be changed.
  • AIMsi Validation -> Added a check for " symbol in the PLU tables that are linked to AIMsi
  • Validate AIMsi -> Fixed an access violation that occurred when going into a maintenance form after validating AIMsi settings in Preferences


CASIO Changes:

  • Casio 3000 -> Fixed an issue with Keyboard maintain area improperly loading default values.
  • Casio 6000 -> Fixed problem with broadcasting to satellites for a WAN when none of the satellites have an external IP address
  • Casio 8500/7000/6000/6100 -> The discount key's "Amount/Price" setting can now be set within PC/Poll


Sam4s Changes:

  • Sam4s -> Set up query to get the next available PLU code for the PLU and PLU template forms
  • Sam4s 2000 -> Added ROM 3.00g27(Nano)
  • Sam4s 2000/5X0 -> On the PLU /w Profit reports, the totals areas now show the Profit %
  • Sam4s 285/5X0 -> fixed field not found error when copying a PLU or a PLU template
  • Sam4s 52XX/28X -> Fixed issue using with Mix&Match tables greater than 10.
  • Sam4s 52XX/28X -> Fixed issues with PLU files that were 5000+ records.
  • Sam4s 5X0/1000 ->Modified the method to get the next PLU Code in the PLU maintenance area
  • Sam4s Registers -> Fixed an error code 16 when trying to send the Logo Message or Macro programs via a script.


Sharp Changes:

  • Sharp 410/420 -> Fixed problem of entering incorrect values in the Auto Key grid
  • Sharp 520/530 -> Fixed a "BAD COMMAND" when sending Keyboard.
  • Sharp 520 -> Fixed an issue with the default keyboard not working correctly
  • Sharp 520/530 -> Set PLU and Server program maintain areas no longer switched.
  • Sharp 520/530 -> Fixed an error polling PLU report when Level 2+ PLUs were present. (Description2 not found error)
  • Sharp 520/530 -> Fixed an issue polling the PLU stock report with nondefault allocations.
  • Sharp 520/530 -> Fixed an issue where the department report did not poll correctly with the Department description was allocated to 8 bytes instead of 16.
  • Sharp 520/530 -> Fixed area 2 reports returning totals from area 1.
  • Sharp 520/530 -> Function Key support finalized.
  • Sharp 520/530 -> Redid maintain area for direct keys to make it much more user friendly.
  • Sharp 600/700/8X0 -> Added support for Key Capture report. (Only supported via RS232 communication)
  • Sharp 800 -> Fixed an error sending SRV Parameter 915 via RS 232
  • Sharp 800 -> Fixed error sending SRV parameter 929
  • Sharp 800 -> Fixed error sending the Thermal Print option
  • Sharp 800 -> Fixed problem with an error message being printed on the receipt when running a script with multiple reports
  • Sharp 8X0 -> Fixed an issue where the type of Capture Job didn't send/save correctly over RS232.


TEC Changes:

  • TEC 1650 -> Fixed a problem with the PLU lookup for the PLU report when the number field did not match the PLU code.
  • Tec 1650/1595 -> Fixed a 1E02% showing on the dept report if one department made up 100% of the total sales.
  • Tec 1650/1595 -> On the PLU by class report, items with NULL classes are set to class 0 with description "Undefined"
