V7 Polling XLS Wizard

Tri-Tech’s XLS Wizard software is an add-on module to the V7 Polling software. The XLS Wizard accesses previously collected report data to create customized spreadsheet-style reports. Data can be summed over date ranges and broken down by daily shifts, entire days, weekly, monthly and even yearly totals. Totals can also consist of grand totals from multiple machines/store locations or be broken down on a per machine basis.

The XLS Wizard supports sending data to 1 spreadsheet file, multiple tabs within 1 spreadsheet or it can be configured to populate multiple spreadsheets automatically. The XLS Wizard makes use of user designed spreadsheet templates. Users can design the report layout, color, fonts and many other customizable spreadsheet settings. (Users will need a spreadsheet program installed on their PC to create and view XLS Wizard reports, most spreadsheet applications will work with the XLS Wizard.)
 
Included within the Wizard is a Template Creator. The Creator can be used as a starting point in the creation process. Utilizing the Creator allows users to very quickly and easily generate a base template. These templates can be used as the final report or be completely customized for desired affect and readability. Users can create multiple templates with the Creator and then copy and paste the automatically generated layouts from multiple spreadsheet files all into 1 spreadsheet to design an end of day report unique as their own business.

There are 3 methods available to allow for easy transferring of data from V7 Polling to the customized spreadsheet files. Users can conduct a manual transfer on demand. There is also a multi-transfer routine that can accommodate up to 90 different templates and output files. The multi transfer routine can also be configured to run autonomously via the V7 Polling Calendar. So, from start to finish Tri-Tech’s XLS Wizard is a quick & easy way to customize YOUR data!
